  • Our team will meet with you at your location to assess the space, take detailed measurements and photos, and collaborate with you to ensure that our renovation plans align.

    If you have not yet collected the keys to your space, please provide us with your floor plan. We can then schedule a meeting at our office to discuss your ideas. However, a site visit is still necessary for an accurate quote.

  • After our initial meeting and understanding your renovation goals, we'll provide you with a detailed quotation, with no obligation. This quotation will outline the scope of work and materials, with transparent and competitive pricing.

  • We'll work closely with you to finalize the selection of materials and finishing for your project. We'll provide you with samples and expert advice to help you make informed decisions. A deposit will be collected to secure the materials and begin the renovation.

    Additionally, we will share the project timeline, expected completion date, and assist in submitting any renovation forms required (e.g. for HDB approval), ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for you.

  • With all details finalized and materials confirmed, our experienced team will begin the renovation process, keeping you informed of progress every step of the way. Sit back, relax, and watch as your space is transformed.

  • After the renovation work is completed, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that everything meets our quality standards. Any touch-ups or adjustments needed will be promptly addressed.

  • Your newly renovated space is now ready for you to enjoy. Upon completion, the final payment will be due.

    During this step, we will walk you through your new space and provide you with any necessary documentation and instructions.
